Now a coir block feeder system that will greatly reduce labor and provide a steady flow of material to keep the Coirbuster at maximum output. The Coirbuster system is a patented design that gently decompresses the blocks apart with minimum damage to coir fibers. Unlike hammer mills that use high RPM the Coirbuster moves the block material in a figure eight cycle that gently rubs itself apart. All material goes through a sizing screen( size to be determined by customer) to a 10 foot auger that moves material to the 20 foot hydration auger. The material can be ready for use at the discharge point.
